Shipping policy
A lot of our made-to-order and custom orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Items that do not need to be processed will ship within 1-3 business days.
During high-volume production times (ie. major holidays) there may be additional time added to production & shipping times, so please plan ahead if you need an item at a specific time.
Once your package leaves our shop, we are no longer responsible for delivery and postal service interruptions.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Most items in our shop ship for free in the US (standard shipping). If you would like quicker shipping, you can purchase that at checkout when selecting your shipping option. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store pickup
You can skip the potential shipping fees with free local pickup at 16600 Huebner Rd, #104, San Antonio, TX 78248. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come (on your phone or printed).
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
UPS, DHL and FEDEX do not allow shipping to P.O. boxes. If you would like your order shipped to a P.O. box, please select USPS as your shipping carrier.
